The Warrior Confidence program is a must for players, parents, and coaches. Communication is critical for all 3 parties to maintain a positive culture and experience for all. This ultimately serves a foundation for each player mental and physical development. It removes the communication gaps and stops all the guessing. More time can then be spent on what is critical to each individual player.

Coach Bobby Varna Palmetto High School Varsity Head Hockey CoachI am a volunteer ice hockey coach, currently preparing for my 29th consecutive season. Rich has developed a skill set for the masses! His love of Hockey has always been prominent. And when he coupled his skill set from his respect of his Martial Arts craft he has developed a program that can only make everyone involved better. Players, parents and coaches. I know Rich as a lifelong friend and teammate. His passion will resound with all that utilize his efforts! His best attribute is that his message comes from his own experiences, not something copied and pasted to just sound good. He has a long track record of motivating youth with life skills that help them handle adversity and help make them more confident with all that life can present as an obstacle. Sincerely proud of your pursuit, and your desire to make people’s lives better! All the Best.

Rich Grogan’s “Warrior Confidence” Program really focus’ on players of all ages, and skill levels, as well as the Coaches who will be teaching them. It offers up something that is often overlooked by those in charge which is the “humanistic” approach not only to sports, but to life in general. How being a Role Model… both as a Player and a Coach… are a vital part of the development of everyone touched by this program. Master Coach Grogan is a true inspiration to everyone he comes in contact with! Well, I could write a book on his inspiration! Keeping to a couple of sentences is very difficult.
