I’m Master Coach Rich Grogan, and my mission is simple—I strive to be the mentor I always wished I had growing up. With over 40 years of experience as a master martial artist, athlete, and coach, I’ve dedicated my life to empowering athletes and leaders—especially hockey players—to unlock their full potential and stand out as champions.
What sets me apart is my commitment to developing more than just skills. I teach athletes to embody the core values that drive success—respect, work ethic, and leadership—on and off the ice. Rich Grogan’s “Warrior Confidence” Program really focus’ on players of all ages, and skill levels, as well as the Coaches who will be teaching them. It offers up something that is often overlooked by those in charge which is the “humanistic” approach not only to sports, but to life in general. How being a Role Model… both as a Player and a Coach… are a vital part of the development of everyone touched by this program. Master Coach Grogan is a true inspiration to everyone he comes in contact with! Well, I could write a book on his inspiration! Keeping to a couple of sentences is very difficult.
